Probation Revocation

Probation is not easy. You have classes to attend, community service to complete, fees and fines to pay, drug tests, and numerous other opportunities to slip up. Probation revocation is serious. If you are serving deferred adjudication probation, then you are open for the entire range of punishment for your original offense. If you received straight probation, your maximum sentence was decided prior to probation, so your violation can result, at most, in that limit.
